The Core Reality Triad is the mathematical and logical engine at the center of CMS. Unlike legacy binary systems (A B) or statistical models that guess outputs based on probabilistic weights, the Triad evaluates and reconciles three independent, orthogonal truth domains simultaneously.
In its foundational physical configuration, the Triad cross-examines three distinct realities to eliminate drift and hallucination:
Design Reality (D):
Represents structural, geometric, and logical intent.
Sources/Inputs: 2D Blueprints, 3D CAD/BIM models, architectural specifications, and global policy ontologies.
Administrative Reality (Admin):
Represents temporal, regulatory, contractual, and operational constraints.
Sources/Inputs: Schedules, Primavera WBS, compliance rules, and raw transaction/consent payloads.
Physical / Real-World Reality (RW):
Represents real-world empirical ground truth.
Sources/Inputs: Field sensor telemetry, LiDAR scans, photogrammetry, device IDs, and geolocation context.
The CMS equation is a symbolic expression showing how CMS gathers mission inputs, identifies their shared critical elements, and deterministically resolves them into a stable output state. It communicates the flow of CMS cognition without revealing any internal mechanism, algorithms, or implementation details.
Union (⋃) — CMS gathers multiple mission‑relevant inputs.
Intersection (∩) — CMS identifies the shared, mission‑critical elements across those inputs.
Greek letters — abstract cognitive constructs, not actual variables or implementation details.
Arrow (→) — deterministic progression from raw mission data to a stabilised output state.
Final symbol — the resolved, coherent mission state CMS produces.
